The Olivia Short Dress in Navy from Moss & Spy features sheer tulle panels embroidered with a delicate floral motif and subtle beading along the centre front, above the hem and on the edges of the sleeves.  The rich navy cotton poplin is fitted through the bodice and waist with an open collar, centre front button closure and elbow-length sleeves. The pleated full skirt finishes just above the knee, creating a cool, relaxed look.
