By visiting FROCKAHOLICS, you accept and consent to our Terms and Conditions (T&C) here.

RETURNS

  • On receipt of your item, try it on as soon as possible.
  • If you wish to return something you have purchased, request a Merchandise Return Authorisation Number (MRA) within 7 days of receipt of your order by contacting the FROCKAHOLICS returns department by e-mail customerservice@frockaholics.com.au Please state your order number in the subject bar and detail which items you wish to return. An MRA will be issued. Returns will not be accepted without a MRA number 
  • Complete the returns form, which will be attached to the email sent to you with the MRA number. Be sure to include your Merchandise Return Number and sign.
  • Post item and documentation in an express post bin at your local post office. Please be sure to note your tracking number. You have 7 days in which to get your item to us.

REFUND 

All merchandise that is correctly returned in accordance with the details contained within this page will be credited to the purchaser's FROCKAHOLICS account or credit card, with the exception of:

  • Orders returned without a Merchant Return Authorisation attached.
  • Layby items, which cannot be returned.
  • Special Offers, which will only accepted back for a store credit or exchange for a different size.
  • Swimwear and Earrings, which cannot be returned for hygienic reasons
  • Final Sale items, which cannot be returned. 

 

Please allow up to 10 business days for refunds to appear on your credit card statements.

The shipping costs incurred by the purchaser will not be refunded except when a product is faulty.

Please note Goods and Services Tax will be refunded to Australian purchasers however FROCKAHOLICS is not responsible for the refund of duties or taxes levied by your country incurred as a result of purchasing a FROCKAHOLICS product.  You may be able to recover these costs by directly contacting your local Customs government department.  

 

SALE ITEMS

Please note: We do not offer exchanges, refunds or credit notes on any SALE OR DISCOUNTED PRODUCTS over 40% off or more.

SPECIAL EVENT OFFERS (including discount codes): We do not offer refunds, you are however, able to exchange sizes or we will issue you with a credit note for the value of your purchase (at FROCKAHOLICS discretion).

 

LATE RETURNS

A return will be considered a late return if you request your Merchandise Return Number more than 7 days after receipt of your item, or if you dispatch your return more than 7 days after receipt of your Merchandise Return Number.  Late returns will be accepted at the discretion of FROCKAHOLICS, and only for a store credit.

Except International order.

 

EXCHANGES

Exchanges will only be made for a different size of the same item you are returning.  Please make it clear which size you wish to exchange your purchase for when you request your Merchandise Return Number. If you wish to exchange your purchase for a different product, we recommend you return your purchase for a store credit and then make a separate purchase for the new item. 

 

FINAL SALE

Any items marked FINAL SALE are unable to be returned to FROCKAHOLICS for change of mind. FINAL SALE is an item marked at 40% off or more. This includes all SPECIAL OFFERS which discounts sale items further than 40%.

 

GIFT RETURNS

If you find a gift you have received is unsuitable, you may return it and receive a credit to your FROCKAHOLICS account.  You must be a registered member.  You may be required to pay for any additional product cost, shipping or taxes.

 

CREDIT NOTES

 Credit notes are valid for three months after issue. We reserve the right to deem any outstanding credit values null and void after the expiration date. Items purchased with store credit are deemed as Final Sale. Credit Notes are not valid for existing pre-orders.

 

PRE-ORDERS

  • Items on pre-order need to be purchased in the normal way however will only be delivered when they arrive from the manufacturer. 
  • If you decide to cancel a pre-order or a Trunkshow order please note that deposit amounts are non-refundable in the case of a change of mind. A credit note may be issued at FROCKAHOLICS discretion.
  •  We do not guarantee delivery dates for pre-ordered or Trunkshow items. The delivery time stated on our website are only a suggestion and provided to us by the designers. We do not refund for late delivery.
  • Pre-order items may only be returned for a credit note.

 

TRUNKSHOWS

  • Items from Trunkshows require a 50% deposit. The remaining 50% (plus any shipping fees) must be paid within 7 days of receipt of the email stating your order is ready for dispatch. If payment has not been finalised and you have not contacted us within the 7 days of your Trunkshow order arriving we reserve the right to on-sell the item/s and will retain your deposit as a cancellation fee.
  • If you decide to cancel a pre-order or a Trunkshow order please note that deposit amounts are non-refundable in the case of a change of mind. A credit note may be issued at FROCKAHOLICS discretion.
  •  We do not guarantee delivery dates for pre-ordered or Trunkshow items. The delivery time stated on our website are only a suggestion and provided to us by the designers. We do not refund for late delivery.
  • If your Trunkshow item gets cancelled you will be refunded your original deposit amount via the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for refunds to appear on your credit card statements.

 

FAULTY PRODUCTS

Items that are considered faulty are those that are received in a damaged condition.  Wear and tear to a product is not a sign that the item is faulty. Please note that faulty products can only be exchanged for the same product in the same size.  Where possible, faulty goods will be repaired before they are replaced.

 

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • FROCKAHOLICS does not sell used products.  Your items must be returned in new and unused condition with all tags attached and in original condition.  If your item shows any evidence of wear (includes, but is not limited to, strong perfume or cigarette smells, rips, tears, stains, bent or damaged product tags) it will be returned to you and your refund voided.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.  Shoes or boxed items will not be accepted for return without their original boxes intact and in original condition.  These boxes are considered part of the product.
  • Please try on shoes on a carpeted surface prior to wear to ensure no damage occurs to the soles. Shoes showing signs of wear on the sole, or with a missing or damaged box, will not be accepted for return.
  • Please contact FROCKAHOLICS immediately at customerservice@frockaholics.com.au if any of your purchases do not have a FROCKAHOLICS tag attached.
  • Your Merchandise Return Number must be requested within 7 days of the receipt of your purchase.  All returns must be accompanied by this number.
  • You return must be dispatched to Frockaholics within 7 days of receipt of your Merchandise Return Number
  • All items you wish to return from the same order should be dispatched together to enable prompt processing of your return
  • FROCKAHOLICS does not accept any liability for good returned by any means.
