The Harper Velvet in Black by Eileen Kirby.

The Harper Velvet in Black by Eileen Kirby is a super flattering form-fitting dress in stretch velvet, designed to enhance shoulders and arms. The comfortable fold across the tops of arms is asymmetric at the front with an adjustable tie at the front left shoulder. The back feature is symmetrical. Dress is waisted with a back zip closure and hem split. Dress falls to below knee and is fully lined in a quality jersey fabric to ensure a smooth contour from head to toe.

Despite being fitted, this is a very flattering and easy dress to wear and will invite many compliments to the wearer.
