The Ricky Stuart Foundation Annual Gala Dinner with Britt

Growing up in the 21st century, where the shopping experience is magnified x1000 and is literally staring at you every where you go!

Scrolling Instagram, saving clip boards on Pinterest, continually visiting your favourite fashion bloggers BUT nothing compares to your FAVOURITE LOCAL STORE!! AND even better when they have a ONLINE STORE to match!!

Convenient and suits my chaotic life to a tee!

Blessed to have my local, especially when my life consists of such frequent fun events.

This time..

An event on a Monday?! In 2 days?!

My husband pulls through again with the plenty of notice card - thanks Jarrod!

The Ricky Stuart Foundation Annual Celebrity Pro-Am and Gala Dinner.

A Foundation that has been set up to drive Autism Wellbeing and to raise much needed awareness into Autism as well as building multiple respite centres.

A special night for a great cause held at the Hotel Realm in Canberra.

Theme for the night is cocktail, here’s a few items that the girls at Momento grabbed for me to try..

PS - I don’t recommend wearing socks and heels as a combo haha! When I say last minute I mean last minute, straight from the gym, via the hairdressers, onto the event!!

I LOVE LOVE this jumpsuit!! Can I take 5!? As I’ve said I don’t have the longest legs but boy did this Misha Collection jumpsuit make me feel like I had legs for days haha.

Navy is one of my favourite colours to wear, in this style and fit I feel super classy, confident and ready to party! What a comfy eye catcher outfit!

Be formal and event ready in this Misha number. Pair with black or a sparkle heel.

Oh I feel pretty! This gorgeous Pasduchas off the shoulder dress is all kinds of amazingness! So feminine!! The perfect race day dress and with the Black Opal Stakes this weekend style it with a pair of nude / beige heels, a orange hat or fascinator and gold stud earrings.

A winner for fashions on the field!!

Sexaay!! Misha Collection hits the nail on the head every time. This one shouldered low V dress is modest but so sexy. A head turner at any cocktail, formal or corporate event.

Gold jewellery would compliment this number perfectly.

SPARKLE!! This dress is glitz and glamour! And a whole lot of wows!!

Trying this Gold Sequin dress by Misha Collection in store I had multiple ladies stop at the window, come in to compliment me and say this is a must have item in my wardrobe.

I must agree! So much fun!! Keep it simple, strappy shoes would complete this look, leaving the dress to do all of the talk.

We all need a little black dress and this is my pick! This Misha Collection dress with the centre front zip can be adjusted to sit higher or lower - event pending. Showing off all the right curves and in complete style pair with black pumps and minimal jewellery. This dress can even be transformed into a corporate work outfit, talk about getting your moneys worth!

I see red, I see red, I see red!! And what a hot red! Alex Perry you’ve done it again, this strapless dress ticks every box. The cut, the material, the statement. A lady in red, a bold statement but an everlasting one.

Just imagining my black Valentinos, black clutch and a pop of gold on the ear - think we have a winner!

Dress it up, dress it down this floral Keepsake dress is a Autumn wardrobe essential. A day or night time piece styled with heels or flats and why not throw in a fashion hat.

A cute outfit for a sunny Sunday vino with the girls while we still can enjoy the sun.

Ahhhh.. If only I could have 7 wardrobe changes!

Or a wardrobe as big as my house haha!

A couple of fun hours playing dress ups with Ros and the Momento team, finding myself torn for choice as well as adding some new Autumn babies to my forever growing wardrobe!

LOVING my new Camilla and Marc blazer, I’m ready for you Autumn.

Move over Jarrod, we need to find a new place for your clothes!!

Red for the win!!

Until the next event or wardrobe binge!!

Britt xx
